Privacy & cookies

This notice explains what personal data Stockholm Bistro & Co-working collects through stockholm.vn and our Telegram assistant, why, who receives it, how long we keep it and what your rights are. It follows Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection (No. 91/2025/QH15) and Decree 13/2023/ND-CP.

Who we are

Stockholm Bistro & Co-working is operated by Almax Invest Co., Ltd., 43 Lý Tự Trọng, Lộc Thọ, Nha Trang, Khánh Hòa, Vietnam ("we"). Contact for anything about your data: info@almaxinvest.com or +84 766 436 363.

What we collect and why

• Table reservations, co-working bookings, event and contact forms: your name, phone number, email, company (optional), the date, time, number of people and anything you write in the notes. We use it only to handle your request, confirm it and contact you about it.
• Our Telegram assistant: your Telegram name, username, language and the messages you send. An AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic) answers from our website's information; when you ask for a person, your messages are passed to our staff in our team's Telegram group.
• Cookies: see "Cookies" below.
• Technical data: our servers briefly log technical information (such as IP address and browser) to keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising profiles, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

The legal basis

• Your consent, which you give by sending a form or message, or by choosing "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what was done before.
• What is needed to carry out your booking or request, and to meet our legal obligations (for example accounting for payments).

Who receives your data

• Our staff, only as needed for your booking or question.
• Our own booking system (Almax Manager Desk), where bookings and requests are handled.
• Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.), which carries notifications to our staff and our assistant chats.
• Anthropic (USA), which provides the AI behind the Telegram assistant. It processes your messages to produce answers and does not use them to train its models.
• Google (Google LLC, USA) for Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Some of these providers store data outside Vietnam (Telegram, Anthropic, Google). By using these services you are informed of and agree to this transfer; we only share what each service needs.

How long we keep it

• Booking and contact requests: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Telegram assistant conversations: deleted 30 days after your last message.
• Accounting records of payments: as long as Vietnamese accounting law requires.
• Google Analytics data: up to 14 months (Google's setting).

Staff who sign in to the editor also get a sign-in cookie. Google Analytics only starts after you choose "Accept analytics". To change your choice, use Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or delete cookies in your browser.

Your rights

Under Vietnamese law you have the right to: be informed; give or refuse consent; withdraw consent; see and get a copy of your data; have it corrected or deleted; restrict or object to its processing; complain to us or to the competent authority (the Ministry of Public Security, Department A05); and claim compensation where the law allows. Write to info@almaxinvest.com; we answer as soon as possible and within the time limits set by law. We may ask you to confirm who you are.

Security

We protect your data with access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and by keeping only what we need. If a breach ever puts your data at risk, we will inform the authority and you as the law requires.

Children

Our services are not aimed at children. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

Changes

We may update this notice; the date below shows the latest version. If a version in another language differs, the Vietnamese version applies.
