The story behind our Swedish meatballs

Köttbullar — Swedish meatballs — are more than a dish. They are a Sunday-dinner ritual, a taste of home, and arguably Sweden’s most famous culinary export.

Ours follow a traditional recipe: a blend of beef and pork, a touch of allspice and nutmeg, finished with a creamy gravy and a spoonful of tart lingonberry jam. No shortcuts, no pre-made mixes.
